Zyphex is an independent, early-stage trading tool in active beta. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time. Do not rely on Zyphex for time-critical trading decisions.
Zyphex is a browser interface that helps you place signed orders on your own Gate.io CrossEx account. You make every trading decision yourself. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice; we do not recommend trades; and we do not manage your funds except to forward the orders you explicitly submit.
We never hold, control, or have the ability to withdraw your funds. Your assets remain in your own Gate.io account at all times. Create API keys with trade permission only, never enable withdrawal permission. Your Gate API key and secret are stored only in your browser session (not on our servers) and are used to sign requests you initiate.
You are solely responsible for your trades and any resulting losses, including amplified losses from leverage and derivatives. Crypto trading, especially leveraged perpetual futures, carries a high risk of losing more than your initial outlay. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
You are responsible for ensuring that using this service is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with Gate.io's terms of service and applicable laws.
We do not store your Gate API secret on our servers. If email sign-in verification is enabled, we send one-time codes to your email at login.
Subscription status is tied to your underlying Gate account, not to each Zyphex login. If the same Gate account is linked to more than one Zyphex account, they share one trial or subscription. Linking the same Gate account again does not grant extra free trial time.
New accounts receive a free trial period. After that, placing trades through Zyphex requires an active paid subscription.
If your subscription lapses:
Important: Gate.io does not currently offer a separate web UI for CrossEx. If your subscription lapses while you hold open CrossEx positions, you may be unable to manage those positions through Zyphex until you renew. Plan renewals before expiry if you have open risk.
Subscriptions are paid in USDC on supported networks shown in the app. Payments are verified on-chain before your subscription is extended. Subscription fees are for access to the software during the paid period. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Payment mistakes (wrong chain, wrong amount, wrong wallet) are your responsibility.
The subscription price depends on the size of your Gate.io portfolio, and one payment covers one subscription period. The subscription itself, including its price, how the price is calculated, its length, and the rules for paying and renewing, can change at any time without warning or prior notice. If something is not working correctly, contact support through the Support page.
Zyphex depends on Gate.io, blockchain networks, RPC providers, and email delivery. Outages or policy changes at those services can affect Zyphex even when our servers are running. We are not responsible for third-party failures.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime. During beta, support is best-effort. Report problems with as much detail as you can (screenshots, time, what you clicked).
You may delete your account from the Account page at any time. This removes your account data and contribution records from our systems. Deletion does not close positions on Gate.io or revoke API keys you created there, manage those separately in your Gate account.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at registration, or continuing to use Zyphex after reading this page, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
