Where are my keys kept?
The trading key and secret stay in your browser session and are never sent to our servers. An optional read-only key for alerts is stored encrypted and can be removed on the Notifications page.
Does Zyphex hold my funds?
No. Your funds and positions stay in your own Gate account. Zyphex places orders with the key you give it, and you can manage everything on Gate directly as well.
Which exchanges does it cover?
Pair Finder compares funding on Gate, Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, Lighter, Deribit, Aster and Kraken. Orders go through your Gate account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new account starts with a free trial. Your price and payment are on the Billing page once you are signed in.
Is the funding guaranteed?
No. Rates change all the time, and trading carries risk of loss even when both legs are hedged. The numbers on this page are what the rates did in the past, not a promise.
